GE Zoneline Air Conditioner/Heat Unit

GE ZONELINE® AIR CONDITIONER/HEAT UNIT RECALL (2010-2012 MODELS)

In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, GE Appliances (GE) has announced a recall of certain GE Zoneline® packaged-terminal air conditioner and packaged-terminal heat (PTAC) units due to a risk of fire. The affected models were sold from January 2010 through December 2013.

Please read this notice carefully and enter your model and serial numbers below to determine if your PTAC is affected. To schedule service if your PTAC is affected, please call the GE Recall Hotline below.

Do not operate the PTAC with the external vent open until after the unit has been repaired.
